Yoga for Teens & Young Adults (13-21 years)

This course is aimed at young yoga practitioners between the ages of 13 and 21. The course teaches the basics of Iyengar Yoga and is tailored to the specific needs of this age group in the transition from childhood to adulthood. Yoga is an excellent way to find a conscious ways to harmonize with your body, your strengths, your breathing and your mind. The dynamic and physically demanding course promotes relaxation, inner peace and improved body awareness at the same time.
