Iyengar Yoga Online-Class
A warm welcome!
This class is aimed at intermediate participants and is taught in English (a German translation is available on request).
The focus is on working with a diverse selection of asanas and pranayama techniques from the current Iyengar Yoga syllabus for Levels 1 to 3. We place particular emphasis on precise alignment, a deeper understanding of the individual postures, and the conscious refinement of one’s own practice.
The class offers a soothing balance after an intense day’s work and helps to calm the mind, strengthen the body and recharge your batteries.
A minimum of 1,5 - 2 years’ experience in Iyengar Yoga is required to take part.
