Iyengar Yoga is an energizing yoga style that places particular emphasis on the correct alignment of the body in the postures. This is practiced in active and dynamic yoga sequences, as well as in regenerative postures and through breathing exercises (pranayama).

The beautiful and unique natural landscape invites you to explore in many ways. Whether on foot, by bike or by canoe or SUP. There are boat rentals and sunbathing lawns in the immediate vicinity.

The picturesque village of Bernried has been considered a place of peace and strength for centuries. Situated directly at the lake, it invites to recharge and relax and to find new balance of body & mind.

I started practicing Iyengar Yoga in 2012, whose precision and alignment I really love. In 2018 I have been certified at Level 1 in Berlin and in 2023 at the new Level 2. My classes are powerful, dynamic and full of joy for working on body and mind.
