Iyengar Yoga is an energizing style of yoga that emphasizes correct alignment of the body in the postures. This is practiced in active and dynamic yoga sequences, as well as in regenerative ones, and through breathing exercises (Pranayama).

Claudia started Iyengar Yoga in 2012 in Berlin where she also got certified as a teacher. She dedicates herself to Iyengar yoga because she loves the precision and alignment of this method. Her lessons are powerful, dynamic and always include the joyfulness of working with body and mind.
