Yoga poses, yoga games, stories from yoga philosophy and an anatomy quiz are all part of this 90min children's yoga class on Sunday afternoon, 28th of August 2022. This fun-class is suitable for kids with and without yoga experience, everyone is very welcome!
Iyengar Yoga for Kids is a precise and powerful class for all children aged 7 to 12. The asanas, postures, are practised dynamically and with a lot of fun and wit. Handstand, headstand and shoulderstand are included, as well as a nice final relaxation with yoga stories. This specifically promotes children's physical and mental stability, flexibility, as well as their ability to relax and concentrate.
