My Wednesday evening class - 7pm Central European Time - is an upbeat, dynamic Iyengar Yoga class, suitable for anyone with one year or more of Iyengar Yoga experience. Classes are mainly in English, with additional explanations in German.

‘Short Dive Into...’
‘Short Dive Into...’ are practice sessions that focus on a level 2 asana from the new Iyengar Yoga Syllabus. Here I share my approach to these advanced asanas. The video recordings are between 60 and 75 minutes long and can be integrated into your own yoga practice at home. The teaching language is English.
Pincha Mayurasana & Full Arm Balance on the new Level 2 Syllabus of Iyengar Yoga are invigorating poses bringing both challenges for shoulder opening, arm strengh and stiff wrists.
